(formerly DMA Design Ltd.) are a UK games developer based in Scotland, Rockstar is best known for creating the Grand Theft Auto and Lemmings franchises whilst previously trading as DMA. The company is owned by Take-Two Interactive. It is the main developer of the Grand Theft Auto series, including Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, which are three of the all time best-selling games on sixth-gen consoles.
