This customer of ours creates products for the most demanding healthcare environments. Their product range includes door sets, door hardware and vision panels for a number of environments, anti-barricade and anti-ligature by design. Their success lies in innovation and focus on solving customer needs. Through deep understanding of the needs of their clients they are able to deliver products that ensure the safety of the people who are recovering their mental health. The customer operates from two production centres in London, UK and Detroit USA, to provide its clients with an unrivalled service.
With this “virtual showroom” space, the customer has the ability to quickly arrange demonstrations to customers without having to wait for them to travel. They can bring customers in on video, present to them, and showcase their products safely. The lapel mic we installed also enables the presenter to walk around with full voice pickup during product demonstrations. In light of the ongoing global pandemic, ITSL’s solution also helps the customer to host Covid-safe remote presentations.

This is the initial stage of every AV project. Here our aim is to meet our clients and talk about their needs and the final results they want to achieve.

Once the design is approved ITSL will take care of contacting suppliers and ensure that every piece of hardware is ready for the project at the most cost efficient price.
Installation is when everything starts coming together. Our qualified engineers will work on-site with you to ensure that everything is to spec.
Before the launch of an AV solution, we run extensive QA to ensure that everything works as intended.
After we’ve finalised the AV project and the hardware is ready to go live we will take care of training all of the staff that will operate it.
AV hardware runs best when it’s properly maintained. ITSL will provide scheduled maintenance on both the hardware and the software.
Even after the work has been completed our clients can still rely on ITSL to take care of any problems on the equipment whenever the need arises.
