Requirements

Perkbox needed to equip their new London office space, which consisted of five meeting rooms, with high-quality video conferencing technology. They were looking for a sleek, non-intrusive solution that would complement the clean, modern design of their interiors. Visual simplicity was a priority—no exposed cables or clutter. On a functional level, they required a standardised Microsoft Teams Rooms setup that was intuitive, reliable, and adaptable to different room sizes. With a hybrid workforce in place, it was essential to ensure that both in-room and remote participants could enjoy a seamless and consistent meeting experience.
ITSL Group delivered a fully integrated Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment across all five meeting spaces, using an entirely Yealink ecosystem. The solution was carefully tailored to suit each room’s layout and requirements, ensuring optimal performance without compromising on design.

Solution

The installed solution included:
● Yealink MVC systems were deployed in the larger rooms, paired with UVC86 4K Dual-Eye Intelligent Tracking Cameras, VCM36 microphones, and MSpeaker II soundbars.
● Yealink MeetingBar A30 and A40 all-in-one video bars were installed in smaller rooms, selected according to room shape and acoustic requirements.
● Touch-enabled control and scheduling – Each room featured the latest Yealink in-room touch panel, paired with a RoomPanel installed outside the room to display availability and manage bookings via Microsoft Exchange.
● All cabling was discreetly routed beneath floors and behind walls, resulting in a clean, seamless finish with no trunking or visible surface mounts.
Perkbox provided detailed floor plans and building layouts from the outset, which enabled our team to plan thoroughly and execute efficiently. The project was delivered promptly and without a single issue.
